Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from The Content Farm at any time. This includes your account information, connected social account data, saved posts, business deals, and any other data associated with your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
• Connected Instagram and TikTok account data and OAuth tokens
• Connected Gmail OAuth token and stored email thread data
• All saved posts, AI-generated insights, and collections
• All brand deal and collaboration data
• Media kit content and your published media kit page
• Pulse check-in history and meeting briefings
• All uploaded files (deliverable attachments, profile photos, header images)

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@thecontentfarm.co with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
2. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data
3. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted

Disconnecting social accounts

You can also revoke app access directly from your social platform settings at any time — this prevents any future data syncing without requiring full account deletion:

• Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove The Content Farm
• TikTok: Profile → Settings → Privacy → Manage App Permissions → Remove The Content Farm
• Gmail: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → Remove The Content Farm

Note: revoking access from the platform side stops future syncing but does not delete data already stored in our systems. To remove stored data, please submit a deletion request as described above.
