These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Content Farm iOS application ("App") operated by The Content Farm ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@thecontentfarm.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The Content Farm is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Re-post, redistribute, or commercially exploit content belonging to third parties without their permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals or brands
- Circumvent any authentication, rate limiting, or access controls
- Use automated scripts to interact with the App beyond its intended functionality
5. Connected Third-Party Accounts
The App allows you to connect your Instagram, TikTok, and Gmail accounts. By connecting these accounts you:
- Represent that you have the right and authority to connect these accounts
- Grant us permission to access data from these accounts as described in our Privacy Policy
- Acknowledge that your use of these platforms remains subject to their own terms of service
We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs that affect App functionality.
6. AI-Generated Content
The App uses AI to generate insights, manager commentary, meeting briefings, and draft email replies. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is advisory only and may not always be accurate
- You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on AI-generated insights
- Draft email replies generated by the App are never sent automatically — you must explicitly send them
- AI-generated content does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including deliverable files, media kit content, and profile images. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the App on your behalf.
The App saves posts from social platforms for analysis purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyse and store any content you save.
8. Intellectual Property
The Content Farm name, logo, and App design are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding outside of normal App use.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or missed business opportunities.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
